Shipping Policy
All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availiabilty.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday
We do not ship on Sat, Sun ,or holidays.
Watch for an email from us after placing an order. We may need additional information to process your order.
Sleeping Genius is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
For a return a product must be in the condition that it was received. Product must be in good condition, unwashed, with no stains. Email the Sleeping Genius Clothing customer care to receive a shipping label. DO NOT send any merchandise without emailing customer care first. SGC must review your inquiries before any refunds can be approved.
